Volunteer

Six Foot Track Marathon only exists because a lot of very passionate rural fire service and running volunteers give their personal time each year to support your effort to run 45kms along a beautiful historic track.

Without volunteers this event wouldn’t be what it is today. As a volunteer, you will also be helping to raise a significant amount of money for the Rural Fire Service.

Volunteering for 2026

The Six Foot Track Marathon relies on the support of volunteers. Support your fellow runners and the race, gain new skills, build your social connections and sense of purpose. All Volunteers on race day will receive an event crew t-shirt (one per volunteer).
