Mandatory Gear
Given the comprehensive aid stations and support of course from the RFS volunteers, the only mandatory gear we require runners to have, is a personal hydration device given our no disposable cups policy. This can be at a minimum the reusable cup provided at registration.

Finish

Due to the closure of the main road to Jenolan Caves (5 Mile) for the foreseeable future due to landslips the official finish will now be at the Binda Bush cabins - Jenolan Caves, which the previous course went past. This essentially removes the last 4km of the course previously used. There is a new 4km loop added at the end of Black Range, details here
